Non-quality return and exchange: If the goods have not been worn or washed and the original packaging and labels are intact, you can apply for a return and exchange without reason within 7 days after receiving the goods (calculated from the date of receipt). Review application: We will review your return and exchange application as soon as possible after receiving it. After the review is passed, we will send you the return address and precautions by email or SMS.
Return of goods: Please return the goods to the address we provide, and make sure that the goods are well packaged and fully labeled. If the goods to be returned or exchanged include gifts, please send the gifts back together.
Processing of returns and exchanges: After we receive the returned goods, we will conduct a quality inspection. Freight: For returns and exchanges caused by product quality problems, we will bear the round-trip freight. For returns and exchanges not caused by quality problems, the freight will be borne by you.
